Your membership will automatically renew based on your payment option. A credit card, and PayPal are two of these options.
When you make your purchase, make sure you read the terms of purchase and your purchase receipt. You will be notified if it is recurring. With a recurring membership you will continue to be charged until the subscription is canceled.
