The item’s image was put in Club Penguin’s files ahead of time. Not much is known about this item aside from what it looks like and that it is a neck item. It’s a possibility that this item will be unlockable with a code. Maybe the code will be given out at the end of their We Wish You a Merry Walrus holiday special that premieres on Disney Channel later this month? Time will tell.
